In this Film, it is clear that there are many Religious themes present. Moana is a determined teenager who never gave up and continued on her journey. This later allowing her to save the Island and everyone on it. Moana had to listen to the ocean in order to further her journey, facing many obstacles along the way in order to restore the balance. Disney has developed the three main themes, Special Birth, Nature Spirituality and Reincarnation in another Disney classic.  Each of these three themes played important roles in the overall storyline. We seen Special Birth through Moana as she was what the people needed. We seen Nature Spirituality through the Island as the Island was no longer able to give the people what they needed until Moana was able to restore it. Lastly, we have reincarnation. This was presented through Moana's grandmother, after she had passed away, Moana later had an encountering with a stingray which is the new form of her Grandmother. All three Religious themes connect through the film, they all played a role in furthering the life of the Island. One could not have been done without the other. (Moana).
